Muster365 is a workforce management service for businesses that need to manage employee time tracking, schedules, HR records, jobs, safety reports, documents, and payroll-ready reports.
Information We Collect
Depending on how a company uses Muster365, the service may collect account details, employee profile information, work schedules, clock-in and clock-out records, job and cost-code records, time-off requests, safety reports, uploaded documents, device and browser information, and location information when location tracking is enabled for time clock or job-site features.
How We Use Information
We use this information to provide the Muster365 service, authenticate users, maintain company workspaces, record attendance, support scheduling and HR workflows, generate reports, troubleshoot issues, secure the service, and comply with legal or operational requirements.
First-Party Website Analytics
Muster365 records privacy-preserving website events so we can understand whether visitors reach the signup page, begin the form, create a workspace, and confirm their email. The analytics record uses a random first-party visitor identifier, the page and event, broad device category, campaign tags, and the referring website hostname. The analytics table does not store raw IP addresses or full browser user-agent strings. The visitor cookie expires after 180 days. Browsers that send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are not recorded by this website analytics feature.
Company-Controlled Data
Employee and workforce records are controlled by the company or organization that creates the Muster365 workspace. Workers should contact their employer or workspace administrator for questions about company records, corrections, exports, or deletion requests.
Sensitive Information
Muster365 is designed to protect sensitive workforce information. Sensitive fields and uploaded documents are encrypted at rest where supported by the application. Access to sensitive records is limited by role-based permissions and audit logging.
Location Information
Muster365 may use location information for clock-in verification, geofence checks, live staff map features, and related workforce operations when enabled by a company. Location features are intended for work-related use and should be configured by the company according to applicable laws and employee notice requirements.
Sharing Information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the application, with the company that controls the workspace, when required by law, or when necessary to protect the security and integrity of the service.
Data Security
Muster365 uses access controls, encryption, secure sessions, audit logging, and application security headers to help protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and protect company and employee records.
